Returns
Change of Mind - Beachy Belle does not accept change of mind returns or exchanges.
Faulty Returns - Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order via our email with
- a photo of the fault/s
- your order number
- details of the fault
We will strive to arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible, following an assessment from the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer determines that your item/s faulty, we will process your refund or send a replacement. Please allow 7-10 days processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure items remain unworn with tags on them. Once we have received your item, we will process a refund or replacement.
Change of size - We encourage you to double check the sizing of our garments to your child's clothing that is of a similar style. As a parent myself, I find this method to be a reliable way to ensure a great fit. If you have any questions about sizing before placing your order, we’re here to assist!
