Please choose carefully. All Closing Down Sale purchases are final.

As Beachy Belle is closing down, all items purchased as part of our Closing Down Sale are final sale.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, incorrect colour, change in circumstances or simply deciding that you no longer want the item.

Please check sizing, product descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

Sale items

All Closing Down Sale items are sold as part of our final clearance and cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind.

Discounted prices and promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

Faulty or incorrect items

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted; and
